Congratulations to Amanda and Mike!! Puddles was officially born last night and his 'new' name is Owen Lucas Lake. He was 8lbs, 15 oz. Amanda had to have a C-section but she is recovering well!!! Baby, mom and family are ecstatic! YAY!! CUTE CENTRAL!!! :)

EVERYONE-come to the Pegasus Lounge this Friday night and celebrate Annette's 30th Birthday!!!!! She is coming in from Miami to see all of her peeps as well as listen to the fun music stylings of King Bee, her cousin's band. They are mucho fun!

The holiday season happens to overlap with cold and flu season (and not just the bottle flu). When you get sick, do you go to work or school anyway, or do you stay home to avoid spreading your germs?

I usually go in to work and try to avoid contact with most people so they don't get sick. I scrub down my area, pump myself with vitamins and wash my hands a lot. As you know (knock on wood), I don't get sick often. I can't take random days off of work! lol!

The Publix Greenwise Supermarket in Hyde Park is amazing. Just go. I love Whole Foods and Fresh Market but this combines the aspects of those stores with a mix of regular groceries at the normal Publix pricing. I love it! I said thank you to the cashier like 6 times. There is even a cart escalator. Tampa, you are so 21st century sometimes!
